On September 26, FPT launched its new office in Tokyo, boosting growth in the Corporation's most significant foreign market. It was the 13th office of FPT in "the land of the rising sun".

This new office is on the 7th floor of Sumitomo Realty & Landmark Development Plaza. The space here is designed with lots of freshness, creativity, and openness. Employees can even see the sunrise and sunset drop on the top of Tokyo tower while working here. The office accommodates around 70 people and is expected to be expanded in 2023.

Along with the opening of the new office, FPT Japan also welcomed its 2,000th employee. In particular, 52% of FPT Japan's staff are experts in Consulting, Front PM, Front SE, Cloud, AI, Data, and Solution Architect. Furthermore, FPT Japan currently employs 461 expatriates. The company aims to increase the proportion of foreign employees to 30% - 50% in the future.

Recently, FPT Japan was also named the best workplace in Japan by Great Place To Work Institute - Fortune's global agency for workplace culture. To be certified, FPT Japan was evaluated by Great Place to Work Japan based on the survey results of about 600 randomly selected FPT Japan employees.
