FPT has stood firmly in the TOP50 Ranking For 11 consecutive years

Ho Chi Minh City, December 1, 2022 - At the ceremony of honoring one decade of the "Vietnam's 50 Best-performing Companies" (TOP50), FPT was named in two categories: the Top 50 Most Effective Listed Companies in Vietnam in 2022 and Companies continuously in the Top 50 for 11 consecutive years (2011-2022). The event was a special occasion to recognize large-cap enterprises with high market value and strong growth, being the pride of our nation.

The event was attended by government leaders, representatives of financial institutions, domestic and foreign experts, and leaders of large Vietnamese corporations.

FPT has stood firmly in the "Vietnam's 50 Best-performing Companies" (TOP50) for 11 consecutive years

"Vietnam's 50 Best-performing Companies" (TOP50) is an annual prestige ranking developed according to international standards, which took counsel from many economists from Thien Viet Securities, Vietnam Investment Group (VIG), and Vietnam Capital Partners (VCP). In addition, many of the counselors were from Harvard Business School (the US) and other reputable international business institutions.

To objectively assess the management capacity of enterprises, TOP50 evaluates businesses' results of three consecutive fiscal years based on three indicators: revenue, return on equity (ROE), and earnings per share (EPS).

After a decade of successfully organizing, the Top 50 has become a well-known ranking of the largest and most effective Vietnamese businesses in vital economic fields such as technology, banking, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and aviation. Notably, it witnessed the non-stop expansion of the private sector with various "rising stars" that kept a sustainable growth rate alongside the steady booming of the economy. Therefore, leaders of the TOP50 rankings deserve to be honored for the positive contributions of their billion-dollar companies and famous Vietnamese brands in the international market.

According to the Organizers, the enterprises have made it that far and significantly contributed to the robust growth of the Vietnamese economy.

Over the past three years, overcoming the impacts of Covid-19 and the instability of the global macro economy, FPT has maintained a high and steady growth rate. Specifically, FPT's Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of revenue and profit before tax (PBT) in the 2019 - 2021 period reached 15.4% and 18%, respectively. Besides, the CAGR of equity and total assets during this period also increased by 13% and 22%, respectively. As a result, return on equity (ROE) maintains above 25%. Especially, FPT's 2021 market capitalization reached VND 84,395 billion, up 113% compared to 2019.

In the first ten months of 2022, the Corporation's revenue and profit before tax reached VND 35.105 billion and VND 6.456 billion, respectively, growing 24,4% and 24% compared to the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company and EPS reached VND 4,550 billion and VND 4,158, up 30.7% and 30%, respectively. According to SSI Research, FPT may achieve a 22% of growth rate in both revenue and PBT, higher than its target, which was announced at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in April 2022. SSI Research also forecasts that FPT will maintain high growth momentum, with an estimated revenue of VND 52,526 billion and a PBT of VND 9,130 billion in 2023.

FPT affirms its leading position by being in the Top 10 most effective companies for 11 years in a row.
