In order to ensure the human resource development, FPT has pioneered the construction of complexes and office buildings nationwide following the campus models by tech giants in the world. These works not only create a creative working environment for staff but also contribute to a modern technology ecosystem, helping the development of IT centers and hi-tech parks in Vietnam as well as affirming Vietnam’s position in the global technology value chain.
FPT is also the only technology company in Vietnam to invest in building large-scale university and software-park complexes in four key economic areas of the country namely Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho.
"The number of FPT employees has grown nearly 16 per cent a year in the last 10 years. The growth rate is expected to be 18 per cent in the 2018 – 2020 period, and reach a scale of more than 50,000 by 2020,” said FPT CEO Bui Quang Ngọc. He said FPT had pioneered construction of university and software-park complexes in Vietnam. “We expect FPT Tower will contribute to the development of Vietnam’s technology ecosystem, especially in the time of the fourth industrial revolution".
