FPT Ranks In the Top 15 Enterprises With Good Financial Management Capacity in 2022 • 17/11/2022 Hanoi, November 17, 2022 - Within the agenda of the 2023 Economic Forum under the theme "Fostering collaboration to overcome challenges", FPT has been honored as one of the listed enterprises with good financial management capacity in 2022. It is the second consecutive year of FPT to be named on the list, along with large corporates in other sectors, such as Vietnam National Petroleum Group, Vinamilk, and Masan,... Moreover, FPT is the only technology firm to be recognized.  FPT is the only technology corporation to rank among the Top 15 enterprises with good financial management capacity FPT has maintained high, stable growth momentum in 2022 with strategic orientations of real-time, customer-centric, and data-driven governance and technology solution development. In the first ten months of 2022, the Corporation's revenue and profit before tax reached VND 35,105 billion and VND 6,456 billion, respectively, growing 24.4% and 24% compared to the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company and EPS reached VND 4,550 billion and VND 4,158, up 30.7% and 30%, respectively. Due to the strategy of developing new high-value-added products and services as well as promoting digital transformation for operating cost optimization, FPT's profit margin improved to 15.7%. In particular, in the context of economic and political instability globally, FPT has maintained high growth in key markets such as Japan, the US, and Asia Pacific (APAC). In particular, FPT's foreign revenue reached VND 15,249 billion, equivalent to a 30% increase, in the first ten months of this year. Of which, the US market grew by 46%, APAC rose by 46.6%, and Japan increased by 26.4% (in original currencies). During the past three decades, FPT has demonstrated its leadership with the ability to manage risks and seize opportunities to get positive business results, contributing to the development of the national economy. Besides accompanying businesses in accelerating digital transformation, FPT has also transformed itself thoroughly. Specifically, the Corporation has widely applied new technologies to its management and operation toward a digital, real-time,data-driven enterprise model. The 2022 Enterprise Performance Evaluation program is jointly implemented by the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) Magazine in collaboration with the Institute of Business Studies and Development (INBUS), Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors (VAA), Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors (VACD). It is held annually to evaluate the business performance of more than 1,500 enterprises listed on three Vietnamese stock exchanges through annual public financial statements with 21 specific criteria. The examined indicators include revenue, profit, working capital turnover, quick ratio, inventory turnover, interest coverage ratio, fixed asset turnover ratio, EPS, tax indicators, contributions to the State budget, sales and marketing indicators, human resource & organizational performance, and corporate governance indicators. Those will help explore companies' health and governance capacity.
