FPT Software and NCS develop a technology center of 3,000 employees

Hanoi, Vietnam, 1 August 2022 – FPT Software (a member company of FPT Group) and NCS (a member company of Singtel Group) a leading technology service provider in the Asia-Pacific region, signed a cooperation agreement to develop a strategic technology center (SDC) in Vietnam, meet the strategic goal of expanding the development network, providing global technology services of both parties. The center is expected to reach a scale of more than 3,000 employees by 2025. This is also the 3rd strategic technology center of NCS in Asia.

Specifically, the Strategic Technology Center jointly built by FPT Software and NCS in Vietnam will provide infrastructure services such as security environments, on-demand training programs as well as access to highly qualified technology human resources, operating according to Integrated Delivery Methods.

NCS’ third delivery centre in Vietnam will employ a team of more than 3,000 by 2025 and complement existing delivery centres in Pune, India, and Chengdu, China. It will offer bespoke infrastructure services such as secure operating environments, client customised training, as well as access to an expanded pool of high calibre tech talent managed via NCS proprietary and proven Integrated Delivery Methods (IDM). This represents the first of NCS’ growing interest and partnerships in Vietnam.
