Within the framework of the National Research Program on the Best Workplace (Great Places to Work), on September 28, Viet Research, in collaboration with the Dau Tu (Investment) Newspaper, announced the Top 500 employers in Vietnam 2022 - VBE500 Rankings on the program's portal.

FPT Ranks 2nd in Top 500 Employers in Vietnam

Appearing in the 2nd position, FPT is rated as the leading enterprise in the field of information technology in the VBE500 rankings in 2022, with significant personnel and a reasonable average income.

According to the Organizing Committee, FPT's HR strategy has always been associated with remuneration policies and profound corporate culture for many years. In addition, FPT always separates the personnel management into each department with its own functions and assigns experts to take control. As a result, it has helped FPT operate more professionally, uniformly, and smoothly throughout the personnel and organizational structure.

Other enterprises in the Top 20 of the VBE500 rankings include Viettel, Vietcombank, TechTNMT, Masan Group, MBank, BIDV, Vinamilk, VNPT, Vietnam Airline, Vietin Bank, Agribank, Vin Group, EVN, PNJ, Petro Vietnam, VPBank, ACB, Vinaphone, Samsung.

The rankings include companies with the best achievements in job creation, employee compensation, and high, sustainable business results. Thereby, it has political and social implications to raise the awareness of the community, enterprises, and employees about human resource development, employee remuneration, corporate culture, and employer prestige.

Also, in the agenda of the program, the Organizing Committee announced some results from Viet Research's research on "Vietnam's leading employer: the circumstances and challenges after Covid-19" based on the survey results of enterprises in the VBE500 rankings and their employees.

The study, as mentioned above, produced some remarkable outcomes, according to which the Vietnamese labor market maintained an impressive recovery momentum. Most business operations have returned to the pre-Covid-19 state. Along with the number of jobs created, the earnings of VBE500 enterprises' employees have also been equal to or higher than before the pandemic.

The announcement of the VBE500 Rankings and the subsequent results of the Research Program will be officially announced at the Conference "Maintaining the leading position through the employer brand," held in November 2022 at the National Convention Center (Hanoi).
