FPT is the best place to work in IT industry


Hanoi, October 22nd, 2020 – FPT was honored as the leading company in Information Technology/Software & Application/E-Commerce and among Top 50 Vietnamese organizations with attractive employer brand at the ceremony for Viet Nam's 100 Best Places to Work. The awards reflect FPT’s continuous efforts to build a new working environment, creating favorable conditions for employees to develop their talents.

The survey of 100 Best Places to Work in Viet Nam 2020 was conducted by Anphabe, a career network of management professionals, and market research firm INTAGE Vietnam. The survey attracted the participation of more than 70.000 experienced employees.

The FPT CHRO received the award at the event.

With nearly 30,000 employees, over the past 30 years, FPT has always focused on building and maintaining an Active - Innovative - Creative work environment with unique corporate culture. The employees are regularly trained to improve their professional knowledge, better soft skills to develop to their full potential, becoming their "best" version.

In 2019, young employees under the age of 30 account for 68.6%, equivalent to 19,731 people. 81.5% of FPT's managers are under the age of 40.

With the direction of pioneering in digital transformation, besides making investment in research and development of new technologies, FPT always focuses on giving training to all employees, especially professional knowledge and technology knowledge to improve their capacity according to international standards.

In 2019, FPT spent VND 74.9 billion on internal training activities with 77 training hours/person. Via the internal training programs, employees are also equipped with soft skills, get informed on technology and business trends that have been synthesized from the projects with many leading partners in the world. In 2019, FPT has more than 2,500 employees working around the world such as Japan, America, France, Germany, Singapore etc.

With 07 campuses following large international corporations’ campus model, FPT offers employees dynamic and creative office spaces where they commune with nature.

In order that each employee can develop their creativity, realize their passion and get promotion, FPT has been implementing policies to encourage innovation and “start-up growth” within the Corporation.

In the past 3 years, FPT Innovation Awards iKhien, which aims at honoring employees' innovations, has attracted nearly 400 ideas and projects, 9 of which have been deployed for the entire Corp, bringing about nearly VND200 billion in revenue. Some outstanding innovations have been supported by the Corp in terms of capital, resources and customers to serve global customers such as RPA platform akaBot.
