MR. NGUYEN VIET THANG

Date of birth: 1968

As at March 31, 2017, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang was elected continuously as member of FPT Supervisory Board, term 2017 – 2022.

Work experience:

• Since October 13th, 2009, he has been the Vice Rector of FPT university cum Director of FPT school of Business (FSB).
• 1997, he worked at Faculty of Business Administration - Hanoi National University. He is also one of the co-founders of the Faculty.
• From 1992 to 1997, he was in charge of Chief Accountant of IT Service Center; Deputy Head of Finance and Planning Department, Deputy Chairman of FPT Union.
• September 1992:  Joined FPT in September 1992.

He graduated from Hanoi Cemmerce University in 1989, and holds a doctoral degree in economics from Philippines' Bulacan University in 2014.

MS. NGUYEN THI KIM ANH

Date of birth: 1983

As at March 31, 2017, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh was elected as member of FPT Supervisory Board, term 2017 – 2022.

• 2016- current: Specialist at Investment Department under the State Capital Investment Corporation.
• 6/2015-11/2016: Deputy Head of Financial Investment Division-Business Department, under the State Capital Investment Corporation.
• 3/2014-6/2015: Deputy Head of Strategy Division-Planning Department, under the State Capital Investment Corporation.
• 10/2009-3/2014: Specialist at Strategy Department, under the State Capital Investment Corporation.
• 5/2008-9/2009: Specialist at Operations Office, under the State Capital Investment Corporation.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh got the Bachelor of International Relations of Institute for International Relations. He gained the Master of Commerce and International Finance of Leeds Metropolitan University.

MR. NGUYEN KHAI HOAN

Date of birth: 1975

As at March 31, 2017, Mr. Nguyen Khai Hoan was elected continuously as member of FPT Supervisory Board, term 2017 – 2022.

Work experience:

• 2011 - now: Executive Vice President and CFO of FPT software.
• 2005 - 2010: Head of Finance department and chief accountant of FPT software.
• 2004 - 2005: Chief Accountant, FPT Software
• 2003: Expert of Finance and Accounting Department, FPT Corporation

Mr. Nguyen Khai Hoan graduated from Finance Academy, under The Government of Federal Russia in 1999, successfully defended his doctoral thesis economy, major investment in the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences Russian Federation in 2003
